AGENT511 enjoyed another strong year in 2018. We completed major projects which positively impact millions of people by offering new channels for interactions with local government and utilities. Whether it be a request for live assistance, receiving a critical notification, or the ability to use self-service to acquire instant information, we built seamless customer experiences to overcome communication barriers and save precious time. This year we deployed advanced architectures that support natural language processing and expedite language translation, orchestrate streaming video, and integrate with legacy and new contact center solutions. We upgraded several clients to the latest customer interfaces and analytics dashboards, continuously improving the integrity of our infrastructure.
To further our business we refreshed our web and social media presence, including valuable presentations by executives promoting resilient outage communications, the role of artificial intelligence in public safety, and how customer engagement mitigates business risk.
We are excited about the possibilities the new year will bring. We intend to deploy investment capital by expanding the use of AI, process automation, and enhancing our messaging frameworks to support continued growth in the latest communications channels.
