AGENT511 is pleased to have introduced a number of improvements in its REACH Customer Engagement Hub and TEXTBLUE text to 9-1-1 platforms and hosting environments. Both increase availability while reducing failure recovery times.  By migrating from MySQL to industry-leading Percona XtraDB Server for database replication and synchronization, the platforms are able to leverage higher resiliency and performance by employing multiple active databases and application servers.  Each database is kept in-sync with the others, in real-time, so that all databases are available and can serve database traffic at any time.  In the event that one database server were to experience an issue there would be nearly no impact on users.  Combined with web and database load balancing, AGENT511 is able to achieve zero downtime for most, if not all, maintenance events.
