EmergiTech Software Offers Text Messaging

Through a partnership with AGENT511, EmergiTech’s IP9-1-1 software now allows emergency call takers to reply to text messages sent to 911 through a partnership with AGENT511.

The AGENT511 SMS technology accommodates citizens with hearing impairment or speech disability and will aid in emergency situations where placing a voice call isn’t possible.
