AGENT511 is pleased to support the City of Chicago’s 311 modernization by adding multimedia picture support to its two-way interactive service, ChiTEXT. When citizens create a text messaging service request, they are asked whether they have a picture to share with the City. This allows the user to include an attachment of the photo as a visual for informational purposes to assist in the dispatch process.
