SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms and Conditions set forth more detail about Good Egg Media LLC d/b/a AGENT511 (“AGENT511”)’s, a text messaging communications company, text message communications with you on behalf of AGENT511’s client, Hennepin County, MN, Utah Transit Authority (UTA), BGE (Baltimore Gas & Electric), NJSHARES, or PEPCO Holdings Inc. (PHI), comprised of Atlantic City Electric, Delmarva Power, Commonwealth Edison ComEd (ComEd), and PEPCO, with whom you have contacted separately by phone or text message and consented to receive a text message to which you may respond with text messages (the “Text interactivity services”).   If you did not contact Hennepin County, UTA, BGE or NJSHARES or PHI. and did not request a text message, please contact us.

In order to improve the delivery of services, you have consented to the receipt of a short message service (“SMS”) text message to which you may reply by submitting a text message.  You will only receive a message related to the incident for which you called or consented and will not receive additional messages related to other incidents unless you consent.

For UTA short code (882882), you can subscribe by texting the transit stop identifier to receive the real-time schedule information. For both programs, the the number of messages will not exceed 1 messages per text request.

For BGE short code (81710), you can subscribe by texting SLO to receive streetlight updates about outage restoration status. For BGE short code (82247 ), you can text CHAT in order to report a service request with BGE. For both programs, the the number of messages will not exceed 15 messages per incident.

For NSHARES short code (64405 ), you can text CHAT in order to receive grant assistance through NJSHARES. For this programs, the the number of messages will not exceed 15 messages per incident.

For PEPCO Holdings Inc. short codes (68134, Atlantic City Electric, 62704 , Delmarva, 85368, PEPCO), you can text CHAT in order to report a service request with BGE. For both programs, the the number of messages will not exceed 15 messages per incident.

For ComEd, short code (786761 – STORM1), you can submit an MMS picture or video and details to submit a storm damage report.. Upon submission, you will receive a confirmation SMS text response. The number of messages will not exceed 2 messages per incident.

For Hennepin County, short code (43642), you can subscribe by texting UPDATE to receive information about county programs such as health & family services and housing. The number of messages will not exceed 5 messages per case.

At no time will AGENT511 send you text messages that include any third-party content in the text response other than information specified by UTA.  For more information, please visit our Privacy Policy at https://www.agent511.com/privacy

Please be aware that message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier. AGENT511 does not have any control over these rates, nor does it have control as to any other obligations you may have to your mobile carrier in connection with your text messaging service. By opting in to receive messages from AGENT511, Hennepin County, UTA, BGE, PHI, ComEd, and/or NJSHARES you are accepting any such charges from your mobile carrier.  AGENT511 does not control how these fees are charged to or collected from you.  Mobile carriers and AGENT511 are not liable for delayed or undelivered text or multimedia messages.

AGENT511 reserves the right to terminate the text messaging program, in whole or in part, at any time without notice. The information in any message may be subject to certain time lags and/or delays. AGENT511 does not guarantee that text messaging is available across all carriers, and is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. No mobile information is shared with third parties/affiliates for promotional or marketing purposes.

You may text “HELP” for any assistance in response to the latest text you received.  The HELP message will confirm the aforementioned information and provide support information, support@agent511 or https://bge.com (for BGE) or https://njsharesgreen.org/contact (for NJSHARES) or https://comed.com (ComEd). AGENT511 or the applicable agency will answer any of your service or other related questions that you may have.

To stop receiving text messages, text STOP, STOP ALL, END, QUIT, CANCEL or UNSUBSCRIBE to the number from which you received the last text message.   Our preference is that you simply text “STOP”, should you not wish to receive additional messages.  By submitting STOP to the number, you will receive a reply text message confirmation.
